Zanthoxylum Oil is a light yellow oily liquid made from zanthoxylum through steam distillation, dehydration and drying process. With intense aroma and the characteristic pungency of zanthoxylum, it is widely used in essence, flavoring and pharmaceutical industries. It is a good additive for cooking seasoning.
